中文摘要 | 摘 要 為探討影響稻米鐵(Fe)、鋅(Zn)、銅(Cu)、錳(Mn)、鈣(Ca)、鎂(Mg)、鉀(K)及磷(P) 等礦物元素含量的遺傳效應,本試驗以水稻兩個雜交組合的4個世代為材料,進行世代平 均數的分析。結果顯示Fe元素含量可符合簡單累加性模式或累加性-加性×加性交感效應模 式;Mg及P元素含量可符合簡單的累加性-顯性遺傳模式;Zn及K元素含量符合累加性-加 性×加性交感效應模式;Cu、Mn及Ca等3個元素含量的遺傳效應不易解釋。此外,Zn、 Mn及Ca等3個元素含量之廣義遺傳率較另5個元素含量高,顯示此3個性狀較不易受到環 境的影響。 |
英文摘要 | ABSTRACT Human’s body requires various mineral elements, but more than 10 billion people of the world suffer from malnutrition and mostly lacking the trace elements. Aiming at the contents of iron (Fe), zinc (Zn), copper (Cu), manganese (Mn), calcium (Ca), potassium (K), magnesium (Mg) and phosphorus (P) in brown rice, the objective of the present study was to evaluate their genetic effects. Generation mean analysis, using P1, P2, F1 and F2 populations of two crosses, revealed that Fe content had significant additive and additive × additive effects. The genetic effects of Mg and P contents could correspond with the simple additive-dominant model and their additive and dominant effects were significant. The results of Zn and K contents were shown to fit the additive-additive × additive model and their effects were also significant. In addition, the genetic effects of Cu, Mn and Ca contents could be demonstrated difficultly. Moreover, the higher broad-sense heritability of Mn, Zn and Ca contents than those of the other 5 contents indicated that the three characters had lower environmental effects. |
