中文摘要 | 叢枝內生菌根菌(Glomus intraradices Schenck &smith)在天南星科火鶴花組織培養苗自試管移出後在溫室的馴化期間,可以順利感染植株根部並有促進幼苗生長的效果。添加溶磷細菌與固氮細菌對於菌根面接種效果並不顯著。叢枝內生菌根菌與火鶴花所合成的菌根為典型囊叢枝內生菌根,但只有根外菌絲及接近表皮2~3層細胞內的菌絲較容易被染劑(acid fuchsin)染上顏色;其餘根內感染構造雖可在高倍穿透式顯微鏡下觀察到;但囊泡及叢枝體則不在解剖顯微鏡下分辨。叢枝內生菌根菌接種於火鶴花後,並沒有出現在根內產孢的特性。 |
英文摘要 | We reported that micropropagated Anthurium andraeanum during reclamation in greenhouse could produce vesicular-arbuscular mycorrhiza, if inoculated by Glomus intraradices, which could significantly promote the plant growth. However, a combined inoculation of rhizobacteria (such as phosphate-solubilizing bacteria and free-living N₂ fixing bacteria) did not enhance the growth effect of G. intraradices. The external mycelium and the hyphae in outer cortex 2-3 layers close to epidermis were stained deeply by acid fuchsin, but those inside the deeper tissue could not be stained well. G. intraradices did not express its unique feature to produce spores within the roots of A. andraeanum. |
