中文摘要 | 腦部鑰匙孔蒼白球病變切除手術是一種最先進的外科手術之一,在手術前需事先 各個不同的角度,反覆的在每張2D MRI影片上算出手術路徑所經過的點與灼燒面積,才能正 確無誤的完成手術。在此篇論文中,我們建立一套具有人機界面2D及3D MRI醫綱影像處理系 統與蒼白球變切除手術徑輔助模擬系統。由實驗結果說明了系統的可用性。 |
英文摘要 | The pallidotomy minimal invasive keyhole surgery is one of the most advanced surgical operations. Before performing the surgical operation, it is necessary to foresee an accurate operation the surgical operation, it is necessary to foresee an accurate operation path and the burned range of the pathological changes by repeatedly computing on the 2-dimensional (2D) Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) images. The work needs lots of successful rat of surgery, an efficient assistant for pallidotomy surgery path simulation system using 3D reconstruction of the brain from 2D MRI images is proposed in this study. Several illustrative results confirm the feasibility of the proposed system in practical applications. |
