中文摘要 | 本研究乃受中山大學管理學院委託。規劃「管理學院教學績效評量制度」,以期能提供適當可行之「教學績效評量系統」與具體運作辦法,確保管理學院實施教學績效評量制度的客觀性與公平性。研究採文獻分析及問卷調查方式進行,以管理學院師生為調查研究母群體,調查上其分別為本研究自編的「教師評鑑意見調查」、「管理學院教學優良教師甄選與獎勵辦法」、「管理學院教學優良教師甄選學生意見調查表」以及「管理學院教學意見調查表」。所得資料以百分比、卡方考驗等統計方法處理。根據問卷調查結果。本研究建構出「管理學院教學績效評量系統」與具體運作辦法,最後並根據研究結論提出若干建議。 |
英文摘要 | The purpose of this study is to propose a system of evaluating teaching effectiveness for the College of Management of the National Sun Vatsen University. The meanings, objectives, items and methods of evaluation are briefly described. Data werecollected through survey questionnaires, including the Opinion Survey of Teaching Evaluation, the Regulation of Screening and Reward for Excellent Teachers, the Student Survey of Selection for Excellent Teachers, as well as the Opinion Survey of Teachingfor the School of Management. The population consists of students an teachers from the College of Management. Data analysis employed percentage and the chi-square test. Drawing from the study, findings are discussed. An Evaluation System of Teaching Effectiveness for the College of Management, along with its concrete regulations and operations, were proposed. Finally, several conclusions are set out and suggestions for the direction, which highlight some implications for its implementation, are alsoportrayed. |
