中文摘要 | 對傳動系統而言,存在著一種具有潛在危險之現象稱為軸之毀損。目前在工業應 用上及家電用品中大量使用電力電子元件,以提高設備之可控性,但卻造成諧波電流污染源 的產生。此諧波電流源將導致電壓源的畸變,電壓源不僅會使感應電動機在氣隙中感應出諧 波脈動轉矩,亦會造成額外的溫昇效應使得電動機參數產生變化。脈動轉矩通常會導致軸之 扭轉振動,此振動若超過軸所能容忍的極限,則會引起週期性的疲乏進而造成軸及其傳動系 統之毀損。此現象是由於電磁轉矩與機械系統的扭轉模式之交互作用所導致的結果。在本論 文中利用一數學模型來模擬當感應電動機連接諧波電壓源時所引發扭轉振動的行為模式,如 欲更確地分析感應電動機的扭轉振動,則必須要能正確地決定脈動轉矩及系統參數。此外特 別針對單一諧源、多重諧波源及其所對應於不同的相位角時對於扭轉振動所造成的影響作一 深入的探討。最後,針對一個實際系統進行模擬測試分析,結果顯示本論文所提出的方法能 夠精確地估測出扭轉振動之行為模式。 |
英文摘要 | Shaft breaking is a potentially serious phenomenon that can occur in a drive system. Most industrial control applications and home appliances employ power electronic devices which cause large concomitant harmonic currents. The harmonic currents will distort the waveform of the voltage source, in which the distorted voltage can not only induce the harmonic torque pulsation in the air gap but also cause the additional temperature rise to lead to a variation of parameters of an induction motor. This torque usually causes the torsional vibration which can exceed the maximum yield of the shaft, incurring cyclic fatigue fracture. These phenomena associated with the electromagnetic torque of a motor have revealed a variety of frequency components ineracting with the torsional mode of the mechanical system, ultimately producing a hazardous torsional vibration. This paper derives a mathematical model to simulate the behavior of torsional vibration of an induction motor drive fed by the distorted voltage source. Precisely analyzing the torsional vibration from induction machines requires accurately determining the exciting torque and the system parameters. In addition, of particular attention is how the single harmonic, multi-harmonics cases and corresponding phase angles influence the torsional vibration, respectively. To demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed method, comparative studies are conducted on an actual system with rather encouraging results. |
