中文摘要 | 本文討論電力系統運轉之三種動態現象,分別是動態穩定度、次同步共 振、超同步共振,三種動態現象所引起之低頻振盪與扭轉振動將分析比較其異 同。討論之內容包括三種動態現象產生的原因及造成的結果;數學分析方法與物 理意義;動態穩定度現象及自然扭轉振動頻率之量測方法;改善措施與解決方法 等。本文並提供台電系統運轉中曾發生動態現象之經驗,做為說明參考。 |
英文摘要 | This paper discusses three kinds of dynamic phenomena ina power system, namely, dynamic stability, subsynchronousresonance (SSR) and supersynchronous resonance, respectively.Low frequency oscillation and torsional vibration caused bythe dynamic phenomena will be analyzed and compared. Itcontains (a) the causes of the phenomena; (b) mathematicalanalysis and physical meaning; (c) measurement of dynamicstability and torsional natural frequency; and (d) countermeasures. The operational experiences of dynamic phenomenaoccurred in Taiwan Power System are also presented. |
