中文摘要 | 本文針對微重力狀態下之沸騰程序研究現況進行回顧,內容包含介面形狀、氣泡動力學及沸騰傳熱速率,熱毛細流〈或稱為Marangoni〉對正常重力條件下的池沸騰程序有一定的影響,然而其重要性隨氣泡尺寸減少或重力場強度下降而顯著上昇,在微重力或零重力條件下界面流動機制取代浮力及對流作用而成為主導熱傳行為的機制。本文並簡述了文獻中相關模型及關連式發展情形。 |
英文摘要 | This paper provides a mini-review for current understanding toward the boiling transport phenomena in microgravity environment, considering interfacial behavior, bubble dynamics and boiling heat transfer rate. The Marangoni effect, or the thermocapillary-driven liquid flow around bubbles, has finite impact on pool boiling in one-g environment; however, its role becomes much more significant as the bubble size and/or gravity decrease. Under micro- or zero-gravity condition the interfacial flow, replacing buoyancy and natural convection, dominates the interfacial behavior, bubble dynamics and heat transfer performance. The models and heat transfer correlations had been proposed for predicting pool boiling heat transfer of mixture of liquids in microgravity environment. |
