中文摘要 | 就企業功能而言,每一項功能環環相扣,都有不可或缺的關鍵性,但剖析每個功能 面來看,「人」卻是佔了首席重要的地位。學者 Huselid, Jackson,和 Schuler(1997) 等 人雖已提出人力資源管理效能( HRM Effectiveness )的評量工具。 但是至今仍未有清楚 的步驟或方法來說明如何有效地執行這些活動,以及一套公認的標準來衡量其執行的效能, 而且不同國籍企業的人力資源管理活動所著重之重點與內涵並不相同。基於上述,本研究試 圖以我國高科技廠商為研究對象,發展適合我國企業衡量其人力資源管理效能的衡量工具。 本研究主要目的在發展臺灣本土化且適合國內高科技企業衡量人力資源管理效能的評量工具 。量表建構的步驟,除相關文獻的探討外,並參酌國內組織行為與人力資源管理之學者專家 、企業實務界的意見,歸納及選擇衡量指標,建構初步評量構面與量表題目。由上述建構過 程結果可知本量表具有相當高的效度與信度,可作為國內企業評量人力資源管理效能的有效 工具。 |
英文摘要 | Business functions are both interconnected and indispensably individual -- each important in its own right. If the researcher were to take a more analytical look at them, though, the researcher would find "people" to be the most important business factor of all. Although Huselid, Jackson, & Schuler (1997) have provided an inventory by which Human Resource Management Effectiveness (HRME) can be evaluated, no clear steps or methods for using this inventory effectively have since been provided, nor has a set of accepted standards been made available by which the effectiveness of the inventory can be measured. Additionally, the emphases found in human resource management activities in industries overseas are different, as is the content of such activities. It is for these reasons, then, that the present study will design a questionnaire, suitable for use by high-tech industries, to measure the effectiveness of human resource management, employing as its focus high-tech companies in Taiwan. The main goal of the present research is to develop a localized measurement inventory suitable to the task of making evaluations of HRME in Taiwanese high-tech industries. In addition to researching relevant literature on the subject, the steps involved in the construction of our inventory have included a consultation and the opinions of organizational behavior and human resource management experts, scholars, and practitioners in Taiwan. The researcher have summarized information, selected measurement indicators, and constructed initial evaluation dimensions and items. The constructing process mentioned above has revealed the validity and reliability of the inventory of the present study to be quite high, and that it has proven the fuction of inventory which high-tech businesses in Taiwan can use to measure HRME. |
