中文摘要 | 逕流採樣與汙染量估計為非點源汙染管制的必要工作,現行一體適用的採樣規則未考慮集水區大小與區域降雨型態,往往造成採樣困難與汙染定量正確性的疑義。本研究對台灣四個水文分區進行逕流汙染的長期模擬,取得大量流量歷線與汙染歷線,根據歷線的統計分析,建立各分區的逕流量與汙染量關係,並提出逕流監測的採樣規則與長期汙染負荷估算方法。此一污染負荷定量方法納入了集水區大小與區域降雨特性的考量,因此可提高採樣的成功率與汙染負荷定量的準確性。 |
英文摘要 | Stormwater sampling and pollutant load estimation are essential components of a non-point source control program. For simplicity, a sampling design using fixed duration and frequency, irrespective of watershed sizes and local rainfall patterns, is usually adopted. The practice presents opportunities for improvements. In this study, a large number of hydrographs and pollutographs were generated for urban watersheds in the four hydrological regions of Taiwan using long-term simulations. Based on the analyses of model results, a methodology for stormwater monitoring and pollutant load estimation was proposed. The proposed approach integrates watershed size and regional rainfall considerations in the design of stormwater monitoring programs, therefore are expected to provide greater sampling success and better pollutant load estimations. |
