中文摘要 | 二方程模式(Two Equations Model)乃是研究補貨政策最佳化問題的有效工具,本文的貢獻乃在於提供二方程模式中第一方程式的一般化解法,該解法先將非線性之第一方程式線性化,再以數值方法解線性化後之矩陣式。該解法直接針對二方程模式中的第一個方程式求解,不需做任何的近似,而解出來的解為可精確逼近解析解之正解,而且該解法解出之總成本對收斂標準不敏感,可以採用較寬鬆的收斂標準以節省計算時間。本研究以不考慮庫存短缺,而需求為線性遞增的傳統補貨政策問題加以驗證,驗證結果顯示,本文所提供的方法對二方程模式的一般性及功能有顯著的提升。 |
英文摘要 | Two Equations Model is a powerful tool for finding the exact solution of replenishment policy optimization problems. The purpose of this paper is to provide a generalized matrix-based solver for the 1□ equation of the Two Equations Model. The solver linearizes the nonlinear 1□ equation first and then solves the linearized matrix form equation. The solver solves the 1□ equation of the Two Equations Model directly without any approximation and the solution is exact which can approach to the analytic solution accurately. The classical no-shortage inventory replenishment policy for a linear trend in demand is examined. The results indicate that the matrix-based solver has remarkably enhanced the generality and performance of Two Equations Model. |
