英文摘要 | A general one-port circuit configuration of sinusoidal oscillators employing a single CCII± is proposed. An AD844 IC implements a CCII+, while two AD844 ICs can form a CCII一. The general configuration includes twelve types of sinusoidal oscillators, such as the well-known Wien bridge oscillator, the phase-shift oscillator, the Hartley oscillator, the Colpitts oscillator, the crystal oscillator, etc. All of the oscillators perform well, when the experiments are done carefully. The major advantage of these CCII oscillators over those of op. amps is the wider range of oscillation frequency. The advantage of the CCII oscillators over those of BJTs or M0SFETs is that a designer doesn't have to pay much attention to DC biasing. Moreover, the oscillation frequencies of the proposed oscillators are independent of both current and voltagetracking errors of the CCII. |
