英文摘要 | In order to understand the physico-chemical reaction between steels and gas mixturee of N2+CO+CO2 at high temperatures, we discuss theoretically the equilibrium diagram of the Fe-C-O-N system. The results of our discussion are the following: 1. When the steel- was heated in a mixture of N2+CO+CO2, in which the volumt ratio of CO/CO+CO2 and the temperature are c0nstant, the larger the N2 contens in the mixture, the smaller is the carbon content of the steel in the equilibrium state at high temperatures. 2. When the steel was heated in a mixture of N2+CO+CO2, in which the volum ratio of CO/CO+CO2 is constant, the higher the temperature, the smaller is the carbon content of the steel in the equilibrium state at high temperatures. Then we let the theory guide us in our experiments, the results of our experiments are the following: 1. When pure iron was heated in mixture of N2+CO+CO2, decarburization and carburization occured at high temperatures. 2. When carbon steel was heated in a mixture of N2+CO+CO2, in which the volume ratio of CO/CO+CO2 and the temperature are constant, the larger the N2 conent in the mixture, the stronger is the decarburization occured in the steel at high temperatures. Therefore the theoretical results are in good agreement with our experiments and discussions. |
