中文摘要 | 水稻放射線處理後代均常有半不孕個體出現,這些半不孕個體,由於比正常個體之活力(viability) 為弱,若連續行集團栽培數代後,因易被淘汰而個體逐漸減少,為估算在每一代集團中所存留之半不孕個體之頻度及其頻度變動趨向,乃推演出公式2n-tn/2??1(2-t)及(t/2)??1 以估計半不孕系統後代集團中正常個體與半不孕個體之頻度,n乃表示自一半不孕個體開始繁殖之代數,t乃表示一系統內之半不孕個體之平均結實率。 為確實了解連續數代集團栽培後,半不孕個體頻度變動情形,自臺中65號之X-光線處理後代中選612,710,712等三個半不孕系統(此等半不孕系統繁殖均分離為正常個體數比半不孕個體數呈1:1之比例),做為試驗材料,連續繁殖三代,比較觀測值與估算值之符合程度,結果此等半不孕個體經連續集團繁殖至第四代或第五代則將被淘汰殆盡。 |
英文摘要 | The formulae, 2n-tn/2??1(2-t) and (t/2)??1 were proposed, respectively, for the frequencies of fertile and semi-sterile plants in the strain of which the semi-sterile plant produced the two types of plants in 1:1 ratio, where n is the number of generation starting from a single sterile plant and t is the average seed-setting ratio of the sterile plant. The calculated values from the formulae were compared with the observed values for 3 successive generations. The semi-sterile plants, under this formulation, will be practically eliminated from a population on the 4th or 5th generation. |
