| 中文摘要 | 本文係以青梗白菜及菠菜為試材,行溫室盆栽,經不同32P標識含磷物質,不同有效成份濃度,及不同之營養液pH值等處理,以葉面施肥方式,研究此類作物之磷肥吸收效應,又以32P標識過磷酸鈣施於土壤,研究同類作物對所施磷肥之吸收率。葉面施肥試驗結果顯示,此二種蔬菜施用各不同處理之含磷營養液,於24小時後,其吸收率達40~60%不等,吸收時期延續,則吸收率隨增。所採用之H3PO4, NaH2PO4及NH4H2PO4 三種含磷化合物,未見何者呈特殊之吸收效應,但pH2之營養液,其吸收率恒高於其他各處理。於32P標識磷肥施於土壤之試驗結果,則肥料磷之吸收率,高達植物體內全磷量50~60%。溫室內盆栽,土壤體積極受限制,根?接觸磷肥之機會必多,或為此一高吸收率之原因,故於此一情形下,葉面施肥之意義不高,但據NISHIGAKI(1964)等人行諸地面之類似試驗,其最高吸收率僅11.4%而已,然則田間實際栽培,如施適度減縮量之基肥,配合葉面施用做為後期追肥,應能濟植物正常營養之需,且對磷肥之節省,及提高利用效率,當屬有利。 |
| 英文摘要 | This research aimed studying the absorption effectiveness of phosphorus through foliar feeding in the truck crops on the one hand, and through soil-root application using 32P labelled calcium superphosphate in investigating the status of uptake by these crops on the other. By pot culture in greenhouse, Brassica chinensis Var. Green Petiole and Spinacia oleracea were the experimental materials. The treatments of foliar feeding including different 32P labelled phosphorous compounds, various concentration of effective ingredient and different pH values of nutrient solutions. In the experiment of soil-root application, the conventional fertilization was adopted. The restults on foliar showed that in various treatments, 40-60% of applied phosphorus were absorbed by the crops 24 hours after the treatment and the absorption percentage showed increased when the absorption period extended. There was no noticeable difference of the absorption rate between the phosphorous compounds in which H3PO4, NaH2PO4 and NH4H2PO4 were included, but the absorption effectiveness of nutrient solutions in pH 2 were topped the nutrient solutions in higher pH value. In the works of soil-root application, the results revealed that the phosphate fertilizer absorbed by root system up to 50-60% among the total P2O5 containing in the plant tissue. Conceivably, the soil volume is very limited in pot culture so that the root system may have a better contact to the phosphate fertilizer which possibly resulting in the higher absorption rate. Under this condition, foliar feeding in pot culture seems ineffectual. Contrarily, the similar work carried out in the plots by Nishigaki et al., its result showed that the highest absorption rate was 11.4% only, whereas, in general practive, a sub-optimum basic dressing coordinated with several foliar applications as top dressing during the above ground part growing vitally seem acceptable. The nutrient from both ways might satisfy requirement of normal nutrition and furthermore, this concept would be helpful for the impovement of manipulation of phosphate fertilizer and its utilization in economic point of view. |
