| 英文摘要 | The purpose of this study is to use three kinds of newly developed herbicides such as Vapam, Fw-925 and Stam F-34 to spray on the Cryptomeria seedling in the seedbed and to know the effects of those herbicides on the result of weed control and growth of seedlings. If consists of three treatments and one check with ten replications in each treatment, a replication was one square meter of the size. In the first treatment, Vapam was sprayed individually with the rate of 35cc in 4,000 cc of water per one square meter. or 120 liters active ingredient per hectare. In the second treatment, Vapam with same rate as above and Fw-925 with the rate of 2 cc in 200 cc of water per one squares meter or 10 liters active ingredient per hectare were sprayed separately at different times. In the third treatment, Vapam and Fw-925 with the rate as shown above and Stam F-34 with the rate of 2 cc in 100 cc of water per one square meter of 5 liters active ingredient per hectare were sprayed also separately at different times. The time of spraying for the first treatment was 25 days before seed sown in the seedbed, and the second treament was sprayed at the time as the seed sowed in the seedbed, the third treatment was sprayed at seven months after seed sowed. In orger to know the reaction of Stam F-34 on the different species of weeds in this study, forty-three species of weeds were transplanted in the pots and Stam F-34 with the rate of 2cc in 100 cc of water per square meter was sprayed after survival of the weeds. Twenty-two out of forty-three species of weeds were completely dead after the chemical sprayed, nine species were semi-dead, and eight species were still alive after treated, three species were alive at first then semi-dead afterwards and one species showed its reaction on the leave part but not stem of the weed. The value of Stam F-34 is considered as a good herbicide because it killed twenty-two species among the forty-three weeds. In the seedbed, the growth of weeds were greatly controlled by using combined spraying of Vapam, Fw-925 and Stam F-34 at different times, the effect on weed control of this treatment continued for one year after the chemicals sprayed. In the combined spraying of Vapam and Fw-925 treatment, the effect of weed control can be as long as six months. But the treatment of single spraying of Vapam showed its effect only within two months after the chemical sprayed. There was no injury of three kinds of herbicides on the stem growth of Cryptomeria seedlings in the seedbed. But there was a significant injury of Stam F-34 on the root growth of Crytomeria seedlings after three times of spraying. It is suggested that the herbicide of Stam F-34 should not be used in the seedbed of Cryptomeria unless further safety result can be obtained. |
