中文摘要 | (一)用亞麻仁油乳劑混以DNC,對打破梨樹之休眠,較單獨使用油乳劑有更佳之效果。 (二)打破休眠處理適期如加入DNC則較單獨用油乳劑,可以擴大其處理有效期間約二週左右。對於該兩品種適期雖略有差異,但概言之,均以在各品種發葉前四至六週為週期。 (三)DNC加入油乳劑中之濃度,因品種不同而略有差異,至少在此試驗之表示;高濃度對早生品種效果佳;而低濃度則對晚生種較佳。 (四)MH, 2, 4-D 及NAA 對抑制梨樹之晚秋發葉,均無顯著之效果。 |
英文摘要 | This experiment was carried out in Taichung district from 1955 to 1961. Four treatments were designated as: (A) Spray with linseed oil emulsion for breaking the rest period during 1955~57, (B) Spray with linseed oil emulsion plus Dinitro-Cresol for breaking the rest period in 1959, (C) Sprays with Maleic Hydronzide and 2,4-Dichloro-phenoxyacetic acid for prolonging dormancy during 1955~56, and (D) Sprays with Maleic Hydrozide and Naphthaleneacetic acid plus with Tween 20 for prolonging dormancy in 1961. The results of this experiment are summarized as follows: (1) Dinitro-Cresol when added to the linsseed oil emulsion spray for break rest period was more effective than oil emulsion alone. (2) The optimum period for applying linseed oil emulsion plus Dinitro-Cresol was much near when oil alone was used. But the period was extended much longer, and it is different between varieties, which is approximately four to six weeks before the buds open of any varieties. (3) The effect of oil emulsion plus 0.35% and 0.175% Dinitro-Cresol has a little difference between several varieties. (4) The Maleic Hydrozide, 2,4-D, and Naphthaleneacetic acid were not much effect for prolonging dormancy. |
