中文摘要 | 本報告包括二個試驗,三年期,共計五個收穫試驗區。45年開始,49年結束。全部試驗在麻佳蔗作改良場操作。採用品種均為本省廣泛栽培之 N:Co.310。以甘蔗節部病徵辨別病莖、健莖,分別截成單芽苗種植。每小區7行,每行種植蔗苗20支,重複6次。其結果摘述如下: (一)甘蔗宿根矮化病對甘蔗蔗莖產量之影響,病區減產最高25.0%,最低7.2%,平均18.0%;對糖產量之影響,最高25.5%,最低7.7%,平均17.0%。 (二)病區枯死莖較健區增高達25.9%,但形成枯死莖之原因甚多,當不能僅歸咎於病害本身。 (三)甘蔗宿根矮化病,對甘蔗初期生長分蘗之影響極小,或無影響可言。 (四)病區原料莖數減少3.1%,在統計上未達顯著程度。 (五)病莖長度減少7.8%,差異達於極顯著程度,莖徑略減2.6%。 (六)病蔗糖分平均高於健莖1.0%。 (七)甘蔗生育旺盛產量高時,宿根矮化病對甘蔗之影響較小,反之生育不良時影響較大,此種生育之優劣當為許多氣象因子所誘致。 |
英文摘要 | This report includes two experiments which were carries out at Machia Sugarcane Improvement Station during 1956~1960. Can planting first and second ratoon cane were three different treatments of the first experiment while the second experiment, cane planting and first ratoon were included. Both healthy and diseased stalks of N:Co.310 in the tests were identified by the node symptom and their single-eye cuttings were planted separately in each seven-row plot which was 75.6 square meter in size with six replications. The amount of fertilizers applied and all the field management were similar to those of common cane fields. The results might be summarized as follows: 1. There was no effect of ratoon stunting disease on the growth and tillers of this variety in early stage. 2. The percentage of the total yield of cane of diseased plot was decreased, on average about 18% less than the healthy one (the maximum was 25% and minimum 7.2%); and the total yield of sugar of diseased plot was decreased about 17% (the maximum 25.5% and minimum 7.7%). 3. Dead stalks in the diseased plot were increased 25.9% than in the healthy plot, however, it was no entirely caused by this disease alone because all the climate, pests and some physiological factors might induce the stalks deathly. 4. Number of millable canes of diseased plot was decreased 3.1% than that in the healthy plot, and the difference was no significance. 5. The length of diseased stalk was 7.8% less than the healthy stalk; and the difference was higher than the level of 0.01. Diameter of stalk of diseased cane was 2.6% smaller than that of the healthy stalk. 6. The sugar content of the cane stalk in diseased plot was 1.0% more that in the healthy plot. 7. The effect of ratoon stunting disease on the growth of sugar cane was slight under favourable climate but having noticeable influence when there was insufficient the yield of cane in a bad condition, amount and uneven distribution of rainfall during the period of dry season. |
