中文摘要 | 本研究之目的為探討三氟甲烷磺酸催化烷化反應添加劑之效應,藉由陰離子性或 陽離子性界面活性劑之參與,改善烷化反應中液態酸及異丁烷互溶性之不足,以增加高辛烷 值油類之產量。本研究以批式反應器進行三氟甲烷磺酸法烷化反應,進料之異丁烷╱烯烴比 例為14.0,四碳族碳氫化合物與三氟甲烷磺酸之體積比例維持2.0,操作之反應溫度為12℃ ,反應壓力為45psig,進行約12分鐘之反應,則烯烴完全轉化為高碳數之烷烴。本研究發現 AKT-1及AKT-2兩種添加劑可大幅提升烷化反應中三甲基戊烷(辛烷值約100x109)之選擇率 ,前者將三甲基戊烷選擇率由48%提升為86%,後者之三甲基戊烷選擇率亦接近72%。AKT-2添 加劑應用於廢酸處理時,可增加三氟甲烷磺酸溶液中水及酸之沸點差距,利於水之脫除,而 提昇三氟甲烷磺酸之回收率,降低酸之損失。總體而言,此兩種添加劑深具商業發展潛力。 |
英文摘要 | This study investigates the effect of additive on the trifluoromethane sulfonic acid catalyzed isobutane/olefin alkylation reaction. To increase the yield of alkylate with higher octane number, the anionic and cationic surfactants are used to improve the solubility between acid and isobutane. The experiments are performed in a batch reactor; with isobutane/olefin ratio of 14.0; in the reaction temperature of 12℃; at the reaction pressure of 45 psig and residence time of 12 minutes. It was found that two additives (AKT-1 and AKT-2) make an great improvement on the selectivity to trime thylpentane (octane number about 100*109). The selectivity incresed from 48% to 86% for the former; the selectivity incresed to 72% for the latter. With proper amount of AKT-2 addition to acid recovery system, it makes greater difference between the boiling point of acid and water, that increases the acid recovery efficiency. Both are promising the be applied in the industry. |
