中文摘要 | 本文的主旨是說明聽覺中樞病變的定義,並描述其症狀及簡介幾種行為聽力的測試評估。聽覺中樞病變係指一個人在無聽障的情況下,卻對聲音訊息的感知與分析有困難;其雖可聽到聲音,卻不瞭解訊息的意義。其病變處在大腦的皮質和聽性腦幹層面。其主要的臨床症狀為:1.聽解困難;聽不懂別人的指示和要求,答非所問,常要求別人重覆說話,對外界聲音不作反應,無法辨識聲音的來源,且對噪音感到不耐。2.學習及行為障礙:功課差,家庭作業寫不完,注意力短造成活動過少,抑或過動行為。對新事物沒信心,不易做完一件事,孤獨寂寞。至於其行為聽力測試方法有:1.遮蔽程度差異測驗2.兩耳數字測驗3.同耳競爭句子下,辨識所聽到的合成句子測驗4.兩耳句子辨識測驗。 |
英文摘要 | This article talks about the definition of central auditory processing disorder (CAPD), hearing/learning difficult of the child with CAPD and several behavior hearing tests for CAPD assessment. CAPD describes a person with auditory processing problems has difficulty in the reception and interpretation of auditory information in the absence of hearing loss. The problem of it is assumed that a deficit in the perception or complete analysis of auditory information due to impairment of central auditory nervous system, usually at level of the cerebral cortex. The hearing difficulty of the child with CAPD include: inability to follow verbal commands of instructions, giving inappropriate response to questions, misunderstanding what is said, difficulty with auditory localization skills. Meanwhile, the behavior characteristics of these are having academic problems, difficulty completing class assignment, short attention span, easily distracted by auditory or visual stimuli. Hyperactive, loner, poor self-concept and reluctance to try new tasks are also noted. The hearing assessment tools for CAPD are Masking Level Difference test (MLD), dichotic Digits Test, Synthetic Sentence Identification with Ipsilateral competing Message Test (SSI-ICM), Dichotic Sentence Identification (DSI). |
