中文摘要 | 由於交通事故和工業外傷的增加,顏面外傷造成顏面骨骨折患者也日益增加,利用多切面電腦斷層攝影(MDCT)影像幫助臨床評估受傷的嚴重程度是有其價值的。本研究從2006年1月至2008年6月共收集了351位患者,其中有鼻眶篩骨折(Naso-orbitoethmoid Fractures, NOE)、顴上頜骨複合體骨折(Zygomaticomaxillary Complex Fractures, ZMC)、眼眶骨折(Orbital Fractures)、上頜骨骨折(Le Fort Fractures)、下頜骨骨折(Mandibular Fracture),其中上頜骨骨折又分成勒福型骨折,勒福一型骨折(Le Fort I Fracture)、勒福二型骨折(Le Fort II Fracture)、勒福三型骨折(Le Fort III Fracture),年齡分布從0至86歲,平均年齡為33歲。用多切面電腦斷層攝影快速提供正確影像精準診斷骨折的種類,以利臨床外科醫師做術前評估。 |
英文摘要 | Because of the traffic accident and industrial traumatism, the facial trauma causes the facial bone fractures patient to increase day by day, so this is very helpful to utilize the Multi-Detector Row CT (MDCT) to assess the severity injured clinically in help. This research has been collected to 351 patients from January of 2006 to June of 2008, and those patients ages are from 0 to 86 years old, average age is 33 years old. The cases of those patients are included Naso-orbitoethmoid Fractures (NOE), Zygomaticomaxillary Complex Fractures (ZMC), Orbital Fractures, Mandibular Fracture and Le Fort Fractures. Le Fort Fractures involve Le Fort I Fracture, Le Fort II Fracture and Le Fort III Fracture. The MDCT could aid the clinical surgeon to diagnostic the fractures accurately, and with the hopes of increasing the speed and accuracy of addressing these injuries. |
