中文摘要 | 本研究探討歷年建築技術規則有關地震橫力規定的修改,從民國63年起至今共有4次。利用假設建築物,分析在不同時期之最小設計地震力及地表崩塌加速;其中以採用民國63年至民國71年建築技術規則計算所得之最小設計地震力,為各個地震區的最低值,表示建築物設計地震力偏低。同時發現在4個時期中,建築物耐震能力不合格案例所佔的比例,同樣以民國63年6月至71年6月這時期所設計之建築物不合格之比例為最高。所以應修正建築物評估之給分,這段時期建築物原給分為3分,應予修正給分提高為5分,甚至需直接進行耐震力評估。 |
英文摘要 | This paper examines past architectural technological regulations concerning seismic horizontal force and their amendments. A total of our amendments had been made since 1974. A hypothetical architectural object was analyzed using the minimum seismic total horizontal force and accelerated land collapse speed of different time periods, among which was the minimum value of each earthquake zone to show that the seismic force of architectural technological regulations promulgated from 1974 to 1982. It was used to represent the minimum value of each earthquake zone to show that the seismic force of architectural designs were on the low side. This paper also discovered that our of the four periods, the highest percentage of architectural objects that had substandard tremor resistance were those designed during the June 1974 to June 1982 period. Therefore, it is imperative that building construction evaluation rating for this period be amended from the original 3 points to 5 points. One may even conduct a direct tremor resistance evaluation. |
