中文摘要 | 一般機械工廠之生產型態為少量多樣化生產,其生產管理極其重要而又難以管理,本省一般中小企業因無生產管理制度,以致交期延誤成為常態。本文即以一發展極速之機械工廠為例,以生產管理之改善為中心,探討其組織之規劃、生產流程分析、標準工時之建立、外包管理制度之規劃、物料管理制度之規劃、績效獎勵制度之建立等改善事項,並提出適當建議,供臺灣區中小型企業建立生產管理與績效將勵制度,提高生產力之參考。 |
英文摘要 | Generally speaking, the production mode of the machinery plants in Taiwan is characterized by “small volume and large variety.” Its production management is very important but proves to be elusive. Consequently, local small enterprises have in the past witnessed the ever present phenomenon of “delivery delay” due to lack of production management. This paper studies a fast growing machinery plant, aiming at gaining some insights for improvement. With the improvement of production management as the focus, the survey and discussion include the plant’s staffing, establishment and actual operating in system organization, production processing analysis, standard hour, out-plant processing management, inventory management, performance incentive, etc. It is to be wished that other small enterprises of Taiwan confronting the same problems may take into account the solutions proposed here when seeking to establish a reasonable system of production management and performance incentive. |
