中文摘要 | 本文係採用Picanol之劍桅式與梭織機為基本製織設備,製織l/1平紋織物 ,2/1斜紋織物,5枚緞紋織物,與提花織物,結合不同組成之經緯紗粗細與經緯紗密度條 件下,探討織物結構之改變對織物物理性質之影響。經由貴驗結果顯示經緯紗與織物結構對 織物光澤性、透氣性和緯向牽伸強力,具有相同的影響結果,緞紋織物最大值,斜紋織物次 之,千紋結構最小值;然而,織物經向牽伸強力與磨擦物理性質則形成相反的影響結果相互 關係如下:平紋織物 >斜紋織物>緞紋織物。織物經緯紗種別與經緯密度也影響織物物理 性質,經緯紗的密度與紗的丹尼數愈大,織物強力、厚度、密度隨之愈大,但透濕氣性質則 變小。 |
英文摘要 | This paper studies the physical properties of polyester filament yarn fabrics introduced by weaving. The fabrics were produced by a Picanol Jacquard machine using a computer-aided design weave. This study examines the 1 / 1 plain weave, the 2 / 1 twill weave, and the five-leaf satin weave, and the Jacquard weave, indicating the method of interlacing of warp and weft. Eight types of polyester filament fabrics consist of two sets of yarns with the same warp and weft density. The physical properties of the fabrics-handle, luster, strength, etc. –vary depending on the weaves, the denier count and the density of the warp and weft. According to the results of the empirical, the luster, the water vapor transfer, and the strength of the weft of satin fabrics are the highest, then twill fabrics' are second, the plain fabrics' are lowest. On the contrary, the relationships of the abrasion resistance and the strength of the warp appear ordered as follows: the plain weaves > the twill weaves > the satin weaves. The fabric with higher denier count yarns and with higher yarn density is higher strength, higher thickness and higher density, but lower water vapor transfer properties. |
