中文摘要 | 網際網路的發展與應用對商業競爭有重大的影響,因此本研究將針對網際網路商業 應用的示範體系(經濟部商業司,1998)進類分析,得到結論如下:一、在應用上仍臣重在 商務資料的共享及查詢,對於交易及金流上的應用仍居保守;二、在效益上以降低成提高效 率為主,對於行銷通路、貿易合作、全業形象、服務品質等效益仍未完全浮現;三、在應用 上流通業、圖書業與3C電子業並不具顯著差異;四、在效益上,此三個行業具有顯著的差 異性;五、應用內容對於產生的效益具有綜合效應。 |
英文摘要 | Since the development and application of Internet have importantly influenced on business competition, this study will focus on the Internet application for the 1998 demonstration system of R.O.C. Economic Ministry. Some study results based on statistical analysis are obtained: 1. In application, It still focuses on business data sharing and inquiry; for transaction, the attitude of user also still conservative; 2. In effectiveness, the focuses are cost down and improving performance; and the effectiveness on marketing, trading incorporate, corporation image, and service quality are still lower; 3. The applications are still no significant difference in the retailing, library and 3Cs; 4. The effectiveness are significant difference on above three areas; 5. The content of application will produce significant effectiveness. |
