中文摘要 | 近年來,國民生活水準不斷的提升,都市地區的用水需求量也大幅增 加。然而,在新水源開發不易的情況下,缺水已成為政府不得不面對的基本問題 之一。政府對節約用水措施的推動目前雖有一些比較具體的成果,其效益仍侷限 於工商業用水量的節約,有關用水與耗能之間的問題尚未受到應有的重視。本研 究配合政府綠建築與居住環境科技研究計劃的推動,進行建築物給排水設備節能 的探討,特別是都會地區集合住宅的用水與耗能關係。初步調查的結果與分析顯 示,若以臺北都會區內一般的六層樓公寓建築來探討,其每1 m3的生活用水量 大約耗用6.52 kWh的能量,相當於6.52度的電力消耗,用水所造成的能源消耗 是相當可觀的。其中,約0.97 kWh的電力屬於直接的電能消耗,包括揚水泵、 都市自來水供水系統與都市污水處理系統的耗能。其餘的5.55 kWh能量是屬於 住宅內水加熱處理部分(熱水)的耗能。由此可知,強化住宅建築的熱水系統效 率必然可以節省大量的水資源與能源。研究結果也明確的顯示,用水節約在建築 節約能源上的重要意義,以及其在整體能源使用效益方面的潛力與貢獻,本研究 甚而進一步以建築耗能角度,提供檢討國內水價是否合理問題的另一項考量因 素。 |
英文摘要 | Recently water shortage is becoming an inevitable issue of the people's livelihood during a dry season, which also is the most critical problem the government departments are confronted by. Such an issue is from the following factors: the gradual increase in the level of people's living, a great demand of domestic water use in municipal area, and the difficulty of opening up a new water resource. A new water conservation program adopted by the government has achieved a remarkable success, however is constrained in the area of water savings. Yet, no one takes notice of the interrelationship between water use and energy consumption. According to the objectives of green building policy, this research explores the energy consumption of domestic water use, especially in the residential buildings of the municipal area. After a short-term preliminary field measurement and a comprehensive analysis, the findings reveal that each unit of domestic water use (1 m3), for example, a six-story height residential building, will directly consume about 0.95 kWh electricity, including the energy used by the water pump, municipal water and sewage systems. The energy consumed by the water heating equipment inside a house is about 5.55 kWh. In other words, each unit of domestic water use will consume 6.5 kWh electricity; this kind of energy demand is remarkably large. Conversely, an introduction of water-efficiency in domestic hot water system can save large amount of water and energy. Water conservation thus is significant in the field of studying building energy savings; its potential and contribution are very great. Those results can also evoke a repercussion in assessment of water price for the present. |
