中文摘要 | 臺灣由於降雨豐沛、地質脆弱以及顯著的地殼運動,沖積扇普遍發達於河谷及斷崖下,其中以花東縱谷、蘭陽溪、高屏溪、陳有蘭溪及潮州斷崖最為典型。臺灣沖積扇有面積小、扇階多、扇面高、堆積高、下切深等特性,可明顯反映出快速地盤上升以及旺盛的侵蝕、堆積作用。由判別分析及相關分析,影響臺灣溪谷型及平原型沖積扇存在的因子各有不同,但降雨侵蝕指數、降雨量、谷口距及面積高度積分等因子為共通因子。整體而言,影響溪谷型沖積扇形態的因子比平原型者更為複雜,影響平原型扇的因子以流域面積及降雨量最為顯著,而影響溪谷型扇之因子則為地盤隆升率及起伏比。總比,臺灣沖積扇的發育與陡峻的地勢、活躍的地盤運動以及充沛的降水密切相關。 |
英文摘要 | Alluvial fans are well-developed in Taiwan due to the significant tectonic movement, less-resistant rocks and intensive rainfall. All the fans occur at the location of either fault valleys or piedmonts. In terms of geographical distribution, Huatung, Lanyang, Kaoping and Chenyulan are four major areas where the alluvial fans located. Most of the alluvial fans are characterized by the small fan area, high elevation, steep slope, multi-steps and deep dissection, and these reflect the geomorphic environments of the rapid uplift and significant erosion and deposition in Taiwan. Based on the discriminate analysis, the rainfall-erosion index, rainfall, inter-valley distance and hypsometric integral are the controlling factors to the existence of the alluvial fans. According to the correlation analysis, catchment area and uplift rate are the the most significant factors to the morphology of valley-type fans, whereas catchment area and rainfall-erosion index to the plain-type fans. In general, the larger the catchment area is, the closer the relationship between fans and catchments is. The result of the grain size analysis shows that the fan deposits are smaller than the river deposits. This may imply that these fans were formed during a more humid climate after a long, dryer and colder period. |
