中文摘要 | 臺灣造紙業為用水量大的行業之一,在政府機關結合學術機構及紙業相互合作下,較具規模的造紙廠用水量已大幅降低。惟仍有許多中小型造紙廠受限於資源或技術,用水量居高不下,不但造成水資源的浪費,同時也造成廠內原料及能源的損失。筆者藉由與北部某造紙廠產學合作機會,導入用水合理化的觀念,重新規劃其生產流程用水,如增加白水儲存空間減少溢流、備漿系統的散漿機濃度控制器、淨漿機及高分子成形劑稀釋以白水取代地下水、洗滌系統的噴淋管改用扇形噴嘴並使用回收澄清水,及將部分洗漿廢水沈澱澄清後,稀釋回收使用,如此,使該廠全廠地下水用水量每天3000噸下降至1500噸,且獲致放流水懸浮固體物(SS)由27ppm下降至5ppm之效益。 |
英文摘要 | Conventionally, large amount of water consumption can be seen in Taiwan paper mills. Although large-sized paper mills have successfully reduced the water consumption by cooperating academics and the owner of paper mills' efforts under governmental guidance over the past years, but it can not be done well for most small-sized paper mills for lacking of enough fund and water-recycling techniques. Of which it not only wastes water resources but also results in energy and raw materials loss to some extents. In this study, we aim to design new white water recycling system to improve the white water consumption more efficiently, i.e. using the high volume of stock chest to store much more white water, high-efficacy hydraupulper, new flow regulator, centricleaner, dilution of high-polymer (formation aid), fan-type nozzle shower and recycled filtered white water etc. Experimental results showed that ground water consumption has been reduced from 3,000 ton/day to 1500 ton/day, less suspended solids in effluents i.e. from 27 ppm to 5 ppm, and water saving in washing and white water systems by rational water utilization consideration. |
