中文摘要 | 本文之目的是在探討以 Abductive 網路建構刀具磨耗監控系統之可行性。為了 監控切削過程中之刀腹磨耗狀況, 分別利用 Abductive 網路和迴歸分析技巧建立切削力與 刀腹磨耗之關係。結果發現,不管採用何種方法,刀腹磨耗之預測值與實驗值都非常吻合, 意謂可利用切削力監控刀腹磨耗。 比較兩種方法得知,以 Abductive 網路所建構之刀腹磨 耗預測模式,其準確性遠優於迴歸分析方法。 因此,以 Abductive 網路所建構之刀腹磨耗 預測模式可當做刀具磨耗監控裝置。 |
英文摘要 | This study investigates the feasibility of using an abductive network to construct a tool wear monitoring system. In order to monitor the flank wear during cutting process, two approaches, namely the abductive network and the regression equation, are applied in order to establish the relationship between the cutting force and the flank wear. Regardless of the above mentioned methods, the predicted values of flank wear are in good agreement with the experimental values during machining. It can be sure by knowing the cutting force to tlic monitoring offlank wear is suitable. As the prediction accuracy of the abductive network is far better tliaii regression equation, the abductive network can be used as a tool wear monitoring device. |
