中文摘要 | 以自行設計的揮發性有機物質(Volatile Organic Compounds, VOCs)氣體前濃縮 系統搭配 GCFID 和 GC-ECD 組成大氣環境中揮發性有機污染物自動分析系統, 本系統具有 高再現性、低人為誤差、擴充性大、價格低廉、易與現有的各式 GC 系統整合等優點。而應 用在真實的樣品分析工作中, 此系統之分析結果與另一獨立 GC/MS 分析系統相當接近, 在某些特定用途上可以提供在 GC/MS 外, 另一經濟的選擇以負擔大量例行性的分析工作。 利用 ECD 分析樣品中的 CCl �窒@度除可作為分析過程的內標準之外,也可作為評估系統再 現性與穩定性之依據。 |
英文摘要 | A fully automated pre-concentration device was constructed and successfully integrated with a gas chromatograph in an attempt to measure ambient volatile organic compounds. This self-developed system was being highly reproducible, expendable, inexpensive, and easy to be integrated with a GC from any manufacturer. The robustness of this system was tested against a commercial GC/MS system in a field sampling campaign. The comparison results suggest that the GC-FID system is more desirable to perform routine analyses large amount of air samples or in-situ measurements, provided the speciation information has been confirmed by GC/MS. |
