中文摘要 | The concentrations of adenosine and cordycepin, 3'-deoxyadenosine, in the hot water extract of acultivated Cordyceps were measured by capillary electrophoresis technique. To improve the separation of the uncharged nucleosides, sodium dodecyl sulfate (5%) was added into the running buffer (10 mM of phosphate buffer, pH 6.7) as the ionic carrier. The separation voltage (10 kV) was optimized from the IV curve of the electrophoresis system. Compared with adenosine, the cordycepin content of the cultiv ated Cordyceps is negligible. |
