中文摘要 | 採用18格穴盤直接生產小白菜、青�狴桮璊峇p芥菜,採收時由於葉面積較多,因而單株重比傳統栽培蔬菜分別增加4.4%、7.4%及29.3%。採收後之蔬菜品質諸如粗纖維、可溶性固形物並無顯著差異。供試穴盤及傳統蔬菜採收後,分別烹調,進行色澤、口感等官能性品評,穴盤蔬菜整體表現並不遜於傳統栽培蔬菜。耐貯性調查得知:穴盤蔬菜由於呼吸率較低,因此可貯放較久,以葉萵苣及芥藍為例:5℃冷藏較傳統栽培蔬菜分別延長3天及6天。青�狴桮璊峇p白菜直播於 288 格穴盤,播種後8天再移植於18格穴盤,可獲致較佳產量。採用多層式立體化進行穴盤青�狴桮畾滶騿A利用最上層生產之穴盤蔬菜採收時之單株產量最佳。為了進一步建立穴盤蔬菜栽培體系,一系列的試驗正陸續評估中。 |
英文摘要 | Experiments were conducted to evaluate the possibility of vegetable production by plug system. Plant weight of Pai-tsai, Chinkeng pai-tsai and leaf mustard seeded or grown in 18-plug traps increased 4.4, 7.4 and 29.3%, respectively more than that of the conventional production method in the soil. However, no difference was observed between the two cultivation methods in vegetable quality such as crude fibers and total soluble solids, as well as in organoleptic testing such as colour and flavor. Results of the compositions indicated that plug vegetables had longer shelf life than the conventional ones because the former had less respiration rate during storage. For example, leaf lettuce and kale at 5℃, their storage time were respectively, 3 and 6 days longer than the conventional ones. When Chingkeng pai-tsai and Pai-tsai were seeded in 288-plug traps first and then transfered into 18-plug trays after 8 days, the yield was also better than the conventional method. Although, best yield was obtained from the top layer of the multi-layer cultivation trials, the possibility of using this method is still under studies. |
