中文摘要 | 近年來,因揮發性有機氯化物所引起土壤、地下水污染, 在美、日歐等先進國家 造成嚴重之社會問題,此類物質非水溶性,具化學穩定性,常做為電子晶片清洗劑,脫脂劑 及乾洗溶劑。由於其具變異性及致癌症,是美、日歐等國政府公告優先列管之物質,為解決 揮發性有機氯化物所造成土壤地下水污染問題,除了須瞭解此類物質在環境中的流布及宿命 ,選擇適切的復育技術,以降低其對人體及生態環境危害,為當前重要的課題。 本研究主要是利用自然界微生物:真菌-白色腐朽菌,對受四氯乙烯污染土壤進行整治復育 研究,探討白色腐朽菌對揮發性有機氯化物之分解情形,確立白色腐朽菌增殖培養條件,及 白色腐朽菌之最佳分解之環境因子,掌握白色腐朽菌對揮發性有機氯化物之分解效果。 |
英文摘要 | In recently, Owing to the soil and groundwater polluted by volatile organic chlorinated compounds, this topics was gradually become a serious social problem. This kind of organic materials are nonsoluble and very stable, often use as a wash reagent in electronic industrial. However these kind of solvents, have potential carcinogen characteristics, as a result, become a priority material in Japan and United States. In generally, , Soil and groundwater remeadiation technology to volatile organic chlorinated compounds have the following two kinds: the first one is bioremediation and the second one is physicochemical process. Bioremediation is a cost-effictive technology, However it should take long period, physicochemical process could get satisfied result in a short time. But it's not economic. It is necessary to study both of bioremediation and physicochemical process in control of VOCs simultaneity. This study that using a special microorganisms (P. Chrysosporium) decay VOCs characteristics under different environment conditions. |
