中文摘要 | 近年來在能源短缺、石油價格高漲、核電安全受質疑的情形下,除了尋求替代能 源,科學家更著手尋找節省能源消耗之科技,白光LED具備省電節能、使用壽命長、無 汙染、結構堅固可應用於各種用途等優點,而成為新時代照明最閃亮的一顆星,政府亦 在2012年宣布所有公部門禁止使用白熾燈泡,藉以宣告其節能減碳之決心。本文主要介 紹白光LED之成色原理以及過去、未來之發展應用趨勢,包含指示燈、顯示器、通用照 明、車用照明乃至不可視光源的應用,此外也介紹白光LED之最重要組成-螢光粉之種 類、結構、特性等,相信可以讓有興趣了解這門科學的人對螢光粉有初步之認識。 |
英文摘要 | Due to the deficient in energy and the doubts for the safety of nuclear power, searching for the alternative energy sources and the technologies reducing the global power requirements are the most important issues for scientists. White-LEDs have attracted the substantial attention owning to their low energy consumption, long life-time, environmental friendliness, and structural roughness, thus have various applications. In this study, we will introduce the principles, development, and applications of white-LEDs, including the visual signals, displays, general illumination, mobile lighting, and invisible lighting. Phosphors, the most significant composition of white-LEDs, will be introduced. Here, we will focus on the classifications, crystal structures, and characteristics of the phosphors used in white-LEDs. |
