| 中文摘要 | 灰石(apatite)為一種高效的螢光粉主體,而具有Ca_8M_2(PO_4)_6O_2(M為稀土金屬)通式的氧磷灰石(oxyapatite)已被證實具有高晶場強度與良好的熱、機械與化學性質的新穎螢光粉主體。本研究利用高溫燒結法於1,200-1,400℃與還原氣氛下製備多系列新穎Eu^(2+)摻雜(A_(1-x)Eu_x)_8M_2(PO_4)_6O_2(A=Mg、Ca、Sr、Ba;0.1≦x≦0.6)組成之氧磷灰石型磷酸鹽黃光螢光粉,並探討其發光特性與其在白光發光二極體(LED)封裝之應用潛力。以Ca_8La_2(PO_4)_6O_2:xEu^(2+)為例,隨x值改變其激發頻寬為240-510 nm,發光波長介於480-800nm,若搭配近紫外或藍光LED晶片其主要放射波峰約為629 nm,色度座標為(0.572, 0.424)。此外,本氧磷灰石磷酸鹽輝度與黃光色飽和度均優於日本日亞化學公司之Y_3Al_5O_12:Ce^(3+)商品,故深具封裝成白光LED之潛力。 |
| 英文摘要 | The orange-yellow-emitting Ca_8La_2(PO_4)_6O_2:Eu^(2+) was synthesized and applied for warm light white LEDs with excellent color rendering index. We investigated the luminescence spectra, thermal quenching and LED packaging using the oxyapatite phosphor. The oxyapatite phosphor showed a strong absorption band from 200 to 520 nm, which is comparable with that of NUV-and blue InGaNbased chips for white LEDs. A warm white LED with CCT=2703 K, Ra=79, and CIE=(0.384, 0.275) was fabricated using the phosphor pumped by a 450 nm InGaN blue chip. LED devices with excellent color rendering properties were fabricated by using a phosphor blend of the orange-yellow-emitting Ca_8La_2(PO_4)_6O_2:0.03Eu^(2+) and green-emitting (Ba,Sr)_2SiO_4:Eu^(2+) phosphors, driven by a 350 mA current. |
