中文摘要 | 本研究的目的在編制一個衡量國際才能量表一臺灣版,並且對此量表做一初步的信度與效度的檢驗。以505名受試者在此量表上的反應進行項目分析,結果自56個題目中刪去5題後,其內部一致性度為.94,重測信度為.75,就建構效度而言,因素分析後得到的12個因素,分別為:領導能力、理解能力、企業知識、文化接受、積極態度、學習能力、尊重能力、善用回饋、文化敏感、彈性能力、正直能力、接納評論。國際能力、海外生活經驗與外語能力皆具顯著的高相關存在。以主管對部屬的提名,派外經驗為效標,檢定此量表的效標參照效度,12因素中除善用回饋與接納評論因素較不具效標效度外,其餘因素均與預測相同,顯示量表之信度與效度均在可接受的範圍之內。 |
英文摘要 | The purpose of this study was to construct a scale for measuring international competency on Chinese and investigate its reliability and validity. The fifty-six items were retained after the item analysis and it internal consistency reliability was .94, test-retest reliability was .75. For the construct validity, the twelve factors derived firm factor analysis with equamax rotation were leadership, insightful, business knowledge, culturally adventurous, takes risks, seeks opportunities to learn, respect, uses feedback, sensitive to cultural, flexible, acts with integrity, open to criticism. The correlation among scores on the international competency scores on the foreign experience and scores on the foreign language were significant. The score's validity indices observed with manager's nomination of their subordinates and foreign experience as criterion variables the results should that the twelve factors of international competency scale except respect and learning were all satisfactory. It indicates that the reliability and validity of this Chinese version of international competency scale on employment are acceptable. |
