中文摘要 | 本試驗之目的在探討山羊日糧中添加豆腐渣及盤固乾草對羊隻生長、屠體、瘤胃 性狀之影響。選用年齡、體重相近之雜交閹公羊 24 頭,平均體重 30 公斤,逢機分成四組 ,每組 6 頭。 試驗日糧分別添加豆腐渣 0%( 對照組 )、10%(A 組 )、20%(B 組 )、30%(C 組 ) 等,各組均含 30% 盤固乾草,並調配成完全混合日糧供試驗之用。生長試驗採用任食 方式, 試驗期 70 日分別記錄個別增重及攝食量。 其結果顯示各組之日增重以 B 組 155.95g/d 顯著高於各組 (P<0.05)。 日平均乾物攝食量,添加豆腐渣之三組均高於對照組 ,四組攝食量為 1 ∼ 1.2kg/day。飼料效率以 B 組之 7 . 45 最佳。 瘤胃性狀分析結果 顯示: 瘤胃 pH 四組均維持於 5.0 ∼ 6.0 間。 氨態氮之濃度為 28.98 ∼ 32.92 mg/dL, 均在正常範圍內。總揮發性脂肪酸四組為 137.18 ∼ 164.36m mole/L。個別揮發性脂肪 酸之摩爾百分比; 乙酸: 對照組顯著高於其他各組 (P<0.05), 丙酸: 添加豆腐渣各組顯著 高於對照組 (P<0.05),乙酸 / 丙酸的比例對照組高於其他各組 (P<0.05)。 而屠體性狀、 屠宰率、精肉率.脂肪率、各組間皆無顯著差異。但以 B 組之添加 20% 豆腐渣者有較高之 屠宰率及較低之脂肪率趨勢。 |
英文摘要 | The purpose of this study is to investigate the in effect of different proportions of soybean curd pomace in pangola hay based rations on growth and carcass, and rumen characteristics of goats. A total of twenty-four crossbred and castrated goats were equally divided into four groups in this trial with similar age and body weight. The rations of the four experimental groups (control, group A, group B and group C), contained 0%, 10%, 20% to 30% soybean curd pomace. Total mixed ration with pangola hay fixed at 30% dry matter were fed ad libitum to all animals. Feed intake and body weight were recorded for each animal by individual feeding in the 70 day growth trial period. Average daily gain of group B (155.95 g/d) was higher than other group (P<0.05). The feed intake of groups A, B, C were higher than control group (P<0.05). The group B had the highest feed efficiency. Rumen pH were within 5.0 to 6.0 and ammonia nitrogen contents of the four groups were 28.98 to 32.92 mg/dl, respectively, which were within the normal range. There were no difference in the total volatile fatty acid concentration, which rauged from 137.18 tol64.36 m mole/l. However, the control group had higher acetic acid than other three groups (P<0.05), but these three groups had higher propionic acid than the control group. The control group also had higher ratio of acetic acid to propionic acid (P<0.05). No statistic difference was detected for all carcass traits (dressing percentage, lean percentage and fat percentage) among groups, group B with 20% soybean curd pomace tended to have better dressing percentage and lower fat percentage. |
