英文摘要 | Container storage is one of the most influential factors, which determines the operation capacity and the efficiency of a container center. Yard planning involves operation machines' transferring paths, operation schedule, related loading and unloading processes, and container transport operation. At present, the yard planning development of most advanced ports trends toward a computerized container site, operation machines automation, integrated area planning, etc. Through a united transportation system and multiple transportation methods, the containers are integrated and then mass transported by means of transoceanic lines. This study analyses the determining factors of the port container center and the operation process of a container yard to organize an information structure and the need for yard planning information. According to the structure and factors, which the study has controlled, an expert system will be designed and established. Under controllable factors, the influence of the container yard planning information on single container operation system is also discussed in this paper. |
