中文摘要 | 本研究嘗試以韓非子的思想為主體,有系統的蒐集、整理並歸納,將思想體系中 與領導有關的描述語詞進行重組,並且進一步探討其所蘊含的領導理念,使這些理念能夠以 當代的管理詞彙表達,並與現代的領導理論整合。經由針對韓非子相關論述的轉換結果發現 ,韓非子的領導理論乃是以控制下屬為目的之領導理論,此一理論以集權、法制化、因時制 宜為基本原則,發展出獨特的考評與酬償手段,以達到控制目的。韓非子的主張,在現代經 營環境中,有相當的實用性,尤其是在危急的經營環境下,韓子的領導理論最能與情勢配合 ,發揮效用。但此一理論自利人性觀、功利價值觀之基本假設,經營者在運用時仍須謹慎, 以免模糊了企業存在的基本目的。 |
英文摘要 | Many research point out that leadership philosophy was influenced by traditional culture. And if we find out the thoughts of the culture, we can improve the leadership effective. Therefore, there are some papers attempt to explore the leadership implications of the Confucius Thoughts in order to enrich Chinese leadership knowledge recently. Besides Confucius Thoughts, there are a lot of other philosophy or political thoughts influence Chinese culture. Han-Fei-Tzu's Thoughts, for instant, has great impact on modern Chinese leadership. Therefore, this paper attempts to collect and analyze Han-Fei-Tzu's Thoughts systematically, presents the leadership implications, and integrates with modern leadership theories. The findings are as follow: Han-Fei-Tzu's leader theory is a control oriented theory, he proposed leader should centralized his power and exercise tight monitoring to prevent power lose. His theory do have lots contribution to modern leadership theory. |
