中文摘要 | 在溫鍛製程中有許多參數,如鍛溫、潤滑效果、下料變異等均可能影響模具壽命 ,本文便是利用實驗計畫法進行製程模擬解析規劃,達到影響模具壽命主要參數設計最佳化 之目的。研究過程並以汽車等速接頭外輪 (Outer race) 之溫間鍛造為實例,模擬解析則利 用有限元素軟體 DEFORM-3D 來進行, 田口氏實驗計畫法及直交表則用以簡化模擬次數及在 鍛造負荷最小化的基礎下進行最佳化分析,之後再輔以充填狀況及最大應力分析進行修正, 得到兼顧模具壽命與鍛件品質之設計。 |
英文摘要 | There are various parameters, which may affect the tool life in warm forging. The purpose of this study is to optimize the main parameters which affect the die life by using the experimental design for computer simulation. To demonstrate the proposed systematic approach, warm forging of outer race of the constant velocity joints for automobile was investigated. The finite element code DEFORM-3D was used to simulate the forging processes and the Taguchi experimental design method was applied. Then, the forging load and die stress of the optimum combination of process and die design parameters were predicted. |
