中文摘要 | 若要以純粹傳統引伸方式成形極寬法蘭邊之引伸件,通常必須經過很多道次的引 伸 (以初引伸之引伸率為 0.45 ∼ 0.65,再引伸之引伸率為 0.7 ∼ 0.9 來估計 ), 並且 需要經過中間退火之處理,造成成本增加以及整個製程時間的延長。但若以類似冷間成形方 式來進行板材局部區域圓筒狀成形,則會造成成形部位局部材料厚度的大量減少,甚至造成 材料加工過程破裂,進而影響成品之良品率或強度與實用性。本文於介紹一種結合成形與引 伸的方式,來完成帶有極寬法蘭邊之厚板引伸,並藉以達成減少製程之工程道次及儘可能維 持材料厚度以維持成品之功能。 |
英文摘要 | The traditional deep drawing process for extra wide flange parts is strongly restricted by the limit draw ratio as well as anisotropy of material. The intermediate annealing process is also indispensable and will lengthen the manufactruing process and cost. However, adopting the traditional cold forming process cannot make the flawless part due to drastic flow localization and necking effect. In this paper, the combined process of cold forming and stamping, also known as the Flow Control Forming (FCF ) process is used to develop the clutch wheel drum with extra wide flange. By using the FCF process, the forming steps can be shortened and the product precision can be greatly improved. |
