中文摘要 | 大部份文獻中常用來進行離體藥物傳送之擴散槽裝置,在設計上常有不接近真實 應用系統的缺失。本研究遂針對此缺失加以改良並自行設計一組新式擴散槽裝置,將其運用 於藥物 (胰島素 ) 的自然擴散和電離子透入傳送之實驗, 同時將擴散實驗結果進一步處理 求得藥物經膜傳送之穿透係數,結果顯示自行設計之新式擴散槽,在相同實驗條件下均較傳 統擴散槽所得之傳送效果更佳且具有競爭性及潛力,對後續進行離體藥物傳送之研究或相關 之應用將更有所助益。 |
英文摘要 | Almost all of the in-vitro apparatus used for natural diffusion and iontophoresis consist of simple two-compartment diffusion cells (horizontal or vertical type). Unfortunately, these diffusion cells are provided with some drawbacks which depart from the real mechanism of transdermal drug delivery. In order to overcome these problems, a new-modified electrochemical diffusion cell was designed and used for all transport experiments, including natural diffusion and iontophoretic delivery, in this study. As compared tothe experimental results observed with the traditional horizontal diffusion cell, it can be seen evidently that an augmentation of the permeability coefficient is obtained for the new-designed diffusion cell. Such results should be facilitated to the design and optimization of diffusion cells which can be applied to iontophoretic transport in the invitro durg delivery system. A set of new-designed diffusion cell has been fabricated successfully and employed to the experiments of the atural diffusion and iontophoretic delivery. |
