中文摘要 | 本研究之目的為探討Pd/r-Al□O□觸媒,進行丁二烯/丁烯混合物之氫化反應,相關操作變數之影響,包括(一)氫氣/烯烴之比例;(二)反應空間流速效應;(三)進料之烯烴濃度及(四)反應溫度,擬藉由上述參數之調整,瞭解丁二烯/丁烯混合物進行完全氫化反應時,各反應物之轉化率。本研究之實驗測試條件為實際商業工場運轉情形,且以工場提供之物流作為進料,而完全氫化反應之探討亦有別於其他文獻所載,實驗之測試以連續式固定床反應器進行氫化反應,由反應測試之數據顯示氫氣/烯烴之比例≧1.0,丁二烯轉化率為99%,丁烯轉化率超過80%;反應空間流速≦4.4hr□,丁二烯轉化率為99%,丁烯轉化率超過92%;進料烯烴濃度增加不利於丁烯之氫化,丁二烯氫化則不受影響;較佳之反應溫度為100℃,溫度升高反而不利於丁烯氫化之進行。 |
英文摘要 | This study investigates the influence of operating conditions on the performance of Pd/r-Al□O□ catalyst in the hydrogenation of butadiene/butene mixtures. The main operating variables include H□/olefins ratio, space velocity, olefin feed concentration and reaction temperature. In this article, the experiments were conducted in the continuous fixed-bed reactor. The tested conditions are same as those of industrial plant, furthermore, the reactants were supplied from naphtha cracking plant. It was found that as H□/olefins ratio≧1.0, the conversion of butadiene reaches 99%, the conversion of butene being large than 80%; as WHSV≦ 4.4 hr□, the conversion of butadiene reaches 99%, the conversion of butene being large than 92%; the increase of olefin feed concentration is unfavorable for hydrogenation of butene, whereas the hydrogenation of butadiene being not and the better reaction temperature is about 100℃, the increment of temperature getting worse for butene. |
