英文摘要 | This work presents a numeric method for simulating the dynamic tooth load between engaged profile shifted gear pairs. To examine the nonlinear effect of time varying mesh stiffness and load sharing on the dynamic tooth load, a quasi-linear iteration method was employed. Numerical results indicate that the dynamic load variation of an engaged profile shifted gear pair can be efficiently simulated by the iteration method proposed herein. Herein, a quasi-linear iteration method is proposed to overcome the nonlinear difficulty caused by the time varying parameters, i.e., variable mesh stiffness, instantaneous friction force and load sharing between engaged gears. Particular emphasis is placed on the simulation of the dynamic tooth load for profile shifted gear pairs. |
