中文摘要 | 透過學習來創造的競爭優勢,可以說是二十世紀末,多數機構主管共同體驗並且 努力實踐絲亳不敢怠忽的經營守則,終生學習的趨勢,促使與提供繼續學習有關的事業,成 為未來最有前景的事業之一,據此,則規劃設計並提供學習活的方案規劃人員,對於方案規 劃成功或失敗就具有舉足輕重的影響力了,方案規劃人力訓練工作,因此有迫切的需要。然 而國內目前無論相關研究或實際的研習培訓課程之提供,很少專以方案規劃人員為對象,而 且現階段的研習課程多數重在理念的薰陶,以一般概念性講述的課程居多,實際幫助規劃者 知道怎麼做(know how)的課程還很少。 本文的撰寫正是基於如此的背景與動機,全文從微觀的角度來分析,首先論述成人教育 方案規劃人力訓練工作的重要,接著明人力訓練課程設計的基礎,同時分析國內相關研究的 情形,最後綜合上述分析與探討的結果,歸納出五項成人教育方案規劃者所必須具備的能力 及訓練的重點,提供未來專業人員培訓之參考。 綜合文獻探討的結果,共歸納出五項知能及其內涵,分別是:情境分析能力、需求評估 能力、市場分析能力、行銷規劃能力以及系統思考與分析能力。每一項能力都可以利用一天 的工作坊來訓練,有助於方案規劃者在一天的培訓之後,就能習得一項基本能力,可以立刻 上路,對於我國成人教育的推廣必有助益。 |
英文摘要 | Adult education has been expanded and redefined in the end of this century. The area now includeds a much wider range of activities and processes. Concept of the learning society is not new but has been developed in recent years. Continuning education has become the largest educational enterprises in the developed countries. Continunig education program planning process involves conflicts such as disagreements over purposes and agendas, and arguments about goals and content of services. Developing effective programs requires both management skills and a combination of artistic and political ability. There are many factors preventing us from achieving our objectives. The role of a program planner played is critical. However, there is lack of systematic training programs for the planners. The purpose of this paper is to explore and analyze the existing training courses for adult education program planners. First, the author argues the importance of providing a good training program and discusses how it should be based on. Then, the relative research is reviewed. Fainally, on the basis of results of the previous research analysis, five categories of professionalism are identified including ability of making situation analysis, ability of doing needs assessment, ability of doing market analysis, ability of marketing and ability of systematic thinking and analysis. Each category of ability can be designed into one-day workshop program. The planners who participate in the workshop are expected to learn theoretical knowledge as well as to learn how to do it in everday practices. |
