中文摘要 | 在春作環境下,不同地區之台南白族群分蘗數表現有明顯差異,平均 而言,以台東族群最多(2.32),其次為屏東、花蓮及雲林族群(1.94∼2.00),而台 中及台南兩族群則較少(1.62及1.66),可能係長期處於不同生態環境形成分化所 致。台中族群平均之分蘗數,在不同期作的表現,呈現春作(1.65)>夏作(1.02)> 秋作(0.46)>冬季裡作(0.23)之大小趨勢,顯示分蘗數受累加性及非累加性基因共 同控制,但期作環境會改變GCA/SCA比值,呈現春作(2.41)<夏作(5.29)<秋作 (11.67);其狹義遺傳率之大小也隨期作而變動,呈現春作(0.342)<夏作(0.527)<秋 作(0.671)之趨勢;同時影響其表現之最少顯性基因群數,呈現春作(5群)>夏作(4 群)>秋作(2群)。在春作及夏作顯性基因為分蘗數產生之增量基因;而秋作顯性 基因之作用則明顯減弱且無一定作用方向,故其分蘗數之產生相對的也較少。 |
英文摘要 | Tainan-white (TNW) is a native maize population which has been cultivated for over 80 years in Taiwan, and ultilized as a green corn. The present result indicates that the tiller number of TNW population was largest in Taitung area, followed by Pingtung, Hualien, Yunlin, Taichung and Tainan, when these populations were planted in spring crop season. The environment of collecting areas maybe a main factor conferring the differentiation of the native populations. Among culture seasons tiller number of Taichung TNW population showed the order: spring > summer > fall > winter. The result implies that crop season may affect the tiller number of TNW population. The general combining ability effect (GCA) and specific combining ability effect (SCA) showed significant effect on tiller number. The contribution of GCA and SCA variance might also be affected by planting seasons. Narrow-sense heritability and GCA/SCA ratio showed the order: fall > summer > spring. But the least dominant gene number controlling the tiller number showed 5 in spring, 4 in summer and 2 in fall. The dominant genes seemed to increase the tiller number in spring and summer, but their dominant effects had no definite direction in the fall, and this might explain that the tiller numbers in spring and summer were larger than that in the fall crop seasons. |
