中文摘要 | 本文說明運用所建立之流體動力計算方法(包含有限元素法、滑動網格、非定常 可壓縮流、大渦流模擬、顯式時間積分法等)進行興達電廠海水循環泵以及協和電廠低壓汽 機有關轉子與靜子交互作用下產生的三維非定常流場之模擬分析。其中,興達電廠海水循環 泵之分析模式包含所有動葉片及前後導流葉片等全域流場,而協和電廠低壓汽機之分析模式 則僅包含1.5級葉輪範圍內之流場(一個動葉輪及二個靜葉輪)。有關興達電廠海水循環泵 之計算,本研究除給予出口邊界不同的流阻係數,藉以計算該海水泵之性能曲線以資驗証外, 並進一步探討不同操作條件下,葉輪所受震盪(Oscillating)力之狀況。在有限的電腦資源 及運轉資料下,協和低壓汽機之初步計算顯現本研究計算渦輪機掙動葉片交互作用之能力。 |
英文摘要 | Based on the developed computational fluid dynamics techniques, which include finite element method, sliding mesh, unsteady compressible formulation, large eddy simulation turbulence model, explicit time integration scheme, etc., three dimensional and unsteady flow fields affected by the rotor/stator interaction in the water pump and the steam turbine are investigated. The analysis model for the water pump covers full domain, including rotor, inlet and outlet guide vanes, while that for steam turbine covers only the range within one and half stages (one rotor and two stators) of the turbine. In the computations for water pump, by changing the flow resistance on the outlet boundary, the performance curve of water pump is determined for the purpose of verification. Besides, the oscillating forces acting on the rotor are also investigated under various conditions. With limited computer resources and operation information, the possibility of predicting the flow field under the rotor/stator interaction inside the steam turbine by using the same CFD techniques is demonstrated once more. |
