中文摘要 | 本案例是針對林一機低氮氧化物燃燒系統之施工改善,該機組於民國54年設計建 造,民國57年7月完成發電。為使原有粉煤燃燒器性能達到國家NOx排放標準,故實施 De-NOx 改善,林一機組81年度大修期間配合安裝低氮氧化物燃燒器,該項工作包括下列 設備改善: 1.裝設18組Riley低Nox #6 Controlled Combustion Venturi (CCV) 型燃燒器,取代原有 18 組Riley #6 Flare 型燃燒器。 2.更新2組送風機連馬達,增加靜壓能力 (static pressure capability)。 3.裝設新火上風道系統 (overfire air duct system)。 4.裝設新火下風道系統 (curtain air duct system)。 林一機原有粉煤燃燒器之NOx排放量為550ppm左右,經裝設新型粉煤燃燒器後,有 效降底NOx排放量為270ppm 左右,符合環保排放標準,減少環境污染。 |
英文摘要 | The LIN-KOU Unit NO.1 was designed and manufactured in 1965 and completed for commercial operation in July 1968. By reason of improving the performance of original coal burners and in compliance with the NOx emission standard of the environmental protection regulations, the low NOx combustion system retrofit project was performed and completed during the period of the unit overhaul in 1992. The low NOx retrofit included the following equipment modifications: 1.Installation of 18 sets of Riley low NOx #6 Controlled Combustion Ventura (CCU) burners in stead of the original 18 sets of Riley #6 Flare burners. 2.Replacement of the FD fans and drives for increased static pressure capability. 3. Addition of overtire air duct system. 4. Addition of curtain air duct system. The NOx emission for original coal burners was about 550ppm and it is currently effective decreased down to 270ppm after installation of the new coal burners, the De-Nox emission is in compliance with environmental protection regulation and reduction of environmental pollution. |
