中文摘要 | 目前本公司各電信機房裝設兩台電纜充氣機時,由於供氣氣壓不平均,若充氣機 氣壓設定較強者,其壓縮機較常運轉,產生各充氣機運轉時數差異過大,導致充氣機之機能 無法完全發揮,且易降低其使用年限。為改善此現象,本所乃研發充氣機自動控制系統,使 兩台充氣機能平衡輪流供氣。充氣運轉之控制方式可分為全自動、半自動及手動運轉,但若 有一台故障時,可由另一台供氣。為確保系統能依設計需求正常運作,完成系統雛型製作後 進一步至現場安裝試用,經試用結果,證明系統可達兩機平衡供氣之效果,且在過低壓力時, 系統具有警報,並同時啟動兩台充氣機充氣之效果,可達電纜嚴重漏氣時,緊急供氣之安全 性。 |
英文摘要 | Air supply system with two compressors is equipped on every Central Office in Chunghwa Telecom Co., The shift schedule has the compressor with higher outlet pressure to operate much longer than the other. The premier compressor therefore wore out much earlier than the expected service life. To improve the system performance, a novel automatic control module is developed. The control module has both compressors to operate equal period in turns. As the presure falls below the trigger level, the system sends out alarm and has both units start pumping in the air. The operation modes can be manual, semi- or fully automatic. Though if one of the compressors is out of order, the other unit will take over the task of recharging. Prototype system has passed field trial and proves that the system fulfills the design criteria. |
