中文摘要 | Hunt & Vitell(1986)提出的倫理評價、倫理判斷及行為意圖關聯之行銷倫 理通論,廣為企業倫理或行銷倫理的研究者引述,然而該通論模式的驗證及跨 文化適用性的研究卻非常缺乏。本研究以人壽保險業及汽車銷售業的業務人員 為對象,透過問卷調查來驗證該通論模式。研究結果顯示,個人道義論、相對 論、及目的論評價是影響倫理判斷的主要前因變項。對行為意圖--倫理判斷的 一性者,其行為意圖主要受倫理判斷的影響;對行為意圖--倫理判斷的不一致 者,其行為意圖則同時受倫理判斷及目的論評價的影響。 |
英文摘要 | The Hunt-vitell's general theory of marketing ethics, concerning link between ethical evaluation, ethical judgment and behavior intention, has been widely discussed to explain why people have different views on the ethics of marketing activities, but the model has seldom verified exmpircally. The purpose of this research is to test the theoretical model by questionnairing the salesforce of car deal and life insurance industries in Taiwan. The research finds that the ethical judgments can be explained by deontological, teleological and relativistic evaluations. When the behavior intentions are consistent with ethical judgments, the ethical judgments can explain a high proporation of the variance in behavior intentions. But, when the behavior intentions are not consistent with ethical judgments, the behavior intentions should be interpreted not only by ethical judgments but also by teleological evaluation. |
