中文摘要 | 為了達到高品質的片面平坦度,使用張力整平機是日前最佳的製程設備,對大部份的材料而言,張力整平之連續生產技術已發展至相當的程度,且各設計廠商所設計之架構亦愈趨一致,其主要設備包含張力建立及張力降低輥輪組與彎曲整平單元。本文著重介紹整平設備中張力輥與整平機之細部設計理念及設備操作生產的應用,並說明張力整平生產過程中之潛在的問題。 |
英文摘要 | In order to achieve higher strip flatness, lesion leveler is the most effective processing equipment nowadays. The technology of tension leveler on continuos production was well-developed for the most of the material. The main equipment of the tension leveling line were included the entry and exit bridles and leveler. This article was focused on the introduction of design theory of the tension leveler and operational applications on producing products. It also mentioned about sort of problems and reasons causing the product defects. |
